Okay . . .
And it looks like me and my Hunny won't be going on no impromptu trips execpt for the dayum Whole Foods or Raley's. Why? Cuz the student loan people finally got ahold of him after 20 years. 20 years with him saying "I THINK" I paid off my whole student loan or if I didn't I only owe $200. Bright side, he only has to pay $1900 by THIS friday OR he has to pay $2400 in 30 days. The flip side, who got $1900 cash to be dropping on folks? So it looks like we have to pay $448 plus change every pay check. *cryin* So NO trip for mommy. We were suppose to be really taking that trip for my birthday in January anyway. So that just gives me more time to plan and have it like I REALLY want it. *still cryin* Now it's gonna be a trip AND shopping. Why? FOR MAKING ME WAIT!! Damyttt. sh*t.
On a brighter side, FOR REAL, looks like my east coast in-laws may be coming out this way around Spring. I hope theY will come sooner. They usually come out twice a year, summer and winter. I haven't seen them in a year and MISS THEM. The house is so much more lively when it'S full of folks and the girls enjoy it too.
Also, my mom is hosting her first fundraiser event as Executive Director of the Family Violence Law Center (yeah we are a hosting azz family - LOL). So she's pulling out all the bells and whistles on this one. *clappin hands* My dad was nice enough to sponser a table so the family won't have to come out of there pockets to buy tickets (cuz lord know me and my Hunny would NOT be going if he didn't).
*Thinkin* Well I guess life aint so bad after all. I originally began this post feeling all mad and sad cuz my lil funky event is turning sour and my Hunny has to pay about $450 per pay check. But after thinking about my in-laws coming out and my mom and her fundraiser, it just seems silly that I'm trippin about some sh*t that really don't matter. And you know what, I'm gonna order that food anyway. Why? Cuz me and my girlfriend ain't kicked it in a while and I'm sure my Hunny and my babies will love the food as well. Life is meant to be LIVED and not to be complaining about what I can't do, or how broke I am, or how I have to wait to do some sh*t. BREATHE. And you know what, when I look around, it really is a "wonderful, wonderful life" *singin* "no need to ruuuunn and hiiiiide, it's a wonderful, wonderful liiiiiiiiaaafffe" (that's from my LIVE 105 fm modern rock days) LOL

Though its irritating to have to deal with the student loan people just thank God he hasn't got that much left to pay. I know folks that maxed out their student loans (at $150k ++++) and that would be a hellish amount of debt to have hanging over your head.
Your family really is one hosting group of folx. The fundraiser sounds like its going to be fun. And I'm soooo feeling you on the inlaws, its killing me that we still aren't in the house so they can get tickets to do our annual Christmas together. At this point things are looking great but trust me i will be one upset, pouty, tantruming person if we don't get them here for the holidays. Its so much fun having a full house of family that you love!
